Principal Features
The series of PF is mainly used in industries of mining,architecture,chemical,electric power, metallurgy and ore,slay & coal with compressive strength of smash materials not over **0Mpa.After the crushing,the products are with rhombus shape & low elongated and flaky particles content.It's used as the terminal smashing with the jaw crusher. But it's not suitable for the crushing of ore or Viscous-material with surfact moisture above ***0%.

 

Structure and Operating Principle
The machine is mainly comprised of Underside housing.Upper side housing.Back upper housing,Rotor,Counterattack plates front and back,Rotated open device and other components.While on work, electromotor drive the rotorblock to turn round by V-belt,and the material are crushed by the impact of the high speeded hammer linked to the rotated rotor,and then the material are threw up to the beat back plate to be crushed once again and return back to the hammer to be crushed the third time.It is repeat again and again until the materials are crushed to the needed standard will fall down and push out them to be the end product.
