The BJ series
gluer is to spread glue on the corrugated cardboard, and then glued
together with paperboard, to make multi-layer corrugated
cardboard.
1. Themachinebody
is channel steel, after welding and machining, with screws on both
sides of wall, to form a solid connection for the whole body.
2. The main drive for the machine is with two reductions, the first
is the V-belt, the second is gear, shaft end all use of rolling
bearings, enclosed in thecover.
3. The machine body is equipped with three shaft, to adjust the
board thickness and the glue amount.
