Magnetite beneficiation process:
Mining ores first get into the jaw crusher for primary crush. When they become the required size, the materials will go through the elevator and feeder to the ball mill for the secondary crush. After grinding in the ball mill, materials meet the next procedure: grading. according to the principle of different proportion of solid particles in the liquid having  different speeds of precipitation, the spiral grader classifies the materials as well as cleaning them.

Then, Mineral grains will be sent into the flotation machine. In line with different qualities of minerals different drugs are applied, which realizes the separation between the required minerals and other material.
