Description

Talc Grinding Process:
The large materials which had been broken into granules in the Hammer Crusher rise up to the storage silo by the Bucket Elevator. Then, the materials go through the Vibrating Feeder and the crooked feeding tube into the material plate at the upper portion of the mill wheel evenly.

First, when the materials get into the grinding chamber, they will be scooped by the scraper knife and get into the space between rollers and rings. They should be grinded into powder under the pressure of rollers and rings.

After that, the power materials will be blowed by the blast blower into the analyzer. The powder materials which have met the fineness requirement pass the analyzer and enter into the cyclone separator to be collected dividedly. while, the materials which have not met the fineness requirement will be returned to the grinding chamber for regrinding.
