Description

Chrome beneficiation process mainly includes three parts: crushing (when the mineral silt content is large, the mineral have to receive the washing and desliming), mineral separation and products processing. They are connected to a whole production system by the storage and transport devices. In order to keep the nature of the crude ore relatively stable, some plants set mineral homogenization. Also, in order to adapt to the separating process requirements, a few plants heat the ore.

Chrome beneficiation plant:
(1) Crushing, screening, grinding, grading and washing;
(2) It is gravity separation, flotation and magnetic separation the main body of the mineral processing operations. Besides, course separation, fine separation and scavenging are often needed.
(3) Products processing: The output concentrates and tailings still need further processing, such as dehydration, tailings processing and backwater, etc. This process is also need for the separation middlings.
