1. Seller or his representative sends SCO
2. Buyer issues ICPO including Seller’s procedure with verifiable, complete banking coordinates .+NCNDA + COMMITMENT LETTER + WARNING LETTER + BUYER PASSPORT PHOTO + SOFT PROBE(soft probe is a confirmation method used by banks to verify funding for a seller from a buyer )
3. Upon successful verification of Buyer Account, Buyer and Seller sign SPA contract.
