Constitution mechanism
and Operational Principle:
This machine include five unites: supplying
sheet unit,weighing unit,conveying unit,sorting unit and sliceing
unit.Supplying sheet unit has six entrances, form those six
entrances the weighing sheet induct supplying sheet through
negative pressure system ,every entrance can provides about 1,**0
pieces sheets.These sheets enter weighing unit from supplying
unit,and gather importent data in the fast and accurate weighing
sencor,then the weighing plate enter into conveying unit. These
sheets are conveyed at evenly spaced into sorting area from
conveying unit,then the PLC program of contral system begain to
sort,after finishing sorting the sorted sheets are automatically
conveyed into manual area from the sliceing unit.The machine
adopts all kinds off sencors to gather data, process
information and contral all parts working by central
processing,and accurately, efficiently finish all work of
weighing,sorting.
