Time has testified REEY series sealants are economical and durable high-elasticity-polymer. They are applied to asphalt pavement irregular cracks, cement pavement work joints, cracks treatment before composite pavement construction, airport pavement joints, and special roads, etc.
REEY series sealants have unique characteristics including waterproof, caking property, elastic-plastic, high temperature stability, low-temperature flexibility, durability and anti-embedding. Under natural changes of the climatic conditions and repeated vehicle axle load, they can achieve longer road performance without early aging.
Product Characteristic
â– Waterproof
The sealants do not dissolve in water and absorb moisture, to prevent water infiltration from top to bottom.
â– Caking property
The sealants have strong caking property with the road. When the surface encounters thermal expansion or contraction, the sealants are still able to combine firmly when meeting water.
â– Elastic-plastic
The sealants have good flexibility, good capacity to meet requirements of tensile cracks and joints deformation. They can stretch with the pavement layer without snap.
â– High temperature stability
The sealants do not flow and maintain certain toughness under high temperature in the summer, which prevents road pollution and traffic impaction.
â– Low temperature flexibility
Under low-temperature in the winter, the sealants do not become rigid and brittle, and still maintain a certain level of flexibility.
â– Anti-embedding ability
The sealants can resist gravel embedded under traffic and don’t effect pavement joints expansion or contraction.
â– Hot-melt
The sealants are hot-melt materials and can be repeatedly heated. The materials, which stay in crack filling machine, do not need to clean and can be used after heating.
