YGF***0/**0/***0B Dry-type Laminating Machine is suitable for compounding materials as BOPP,PET, CPP, PCVD, Aluminium-coated film, Aluminium foil and other similar paper and film products with similar properties. Its mechanical speed is **0m/min.

Features:
The main transmission system adopts an AC-frequency-conversion-vector to control the heat drum and the gluing anilox roller.
The gluing speed of the anilox roller is adjustable.
The two feeding units uses photoelectric web-guides and a semi-auto tension controller of *0kg magnetic powder. The feeders can load material rolls within maximum diameter of ***0mm.
The gluing device consists of pneumatic doctor blades and the anilox rollers, the gluing volume and thickness is adjustable. The gluing rollers' system is equipped with a double channel cylinder to control whatever pressure needed. The cylinders can lift up automatically at machine's pause or stop. Besides, the anilox roller can be loaded without any shafts. And the glue plates has its own heater.
The 7.5meter length drying channel's heating temperature is controlled by four smart temperature controller. Its inner recycling device, material protector and the heating drum work at same step.
The heating drum can be evenly heated with help of hot-oil, meanwhile, the pressing roller is working under the two-channel cylinder. By these methods,  it can save energy and power while running the machine.
The collection system adopts a kind of  linkage collecting design and an extra power torque motor.
The machine has 3pcs of anilox rollers and 3sets of rubber rollers, all made by professional suppliers. And there is also guard bars on it.
