Our company specialized in researching, developing, manufacturing and distributing advanced medical instruments and in-vitro medical diagnostic products.
One Step AFP diagnostic test kit is a rapid, direct binding test for the detection of Alpha Fetoprotein in serum. It is
used as an aid in the diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinomas , testicular teratocarcinomas and neural tube defects. The test isbased on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of AFP in serum. TWO monoclonal and
antibodies are employed to identity AFP specifically. This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about *0 minutes. The sensitivity of the test can reach to *5ng/mL. It also has an internal control of **0ng/mL
The One Step AFP Test is a colloidal gold enhanced immunoassay for qualitative or semi-quantitative determination of AFP in serum. The nitrocellulose membrane used as solid phase was precoated with Mouse anti-AFP on the test region.
During the test, the urine sample is allowed to react with a colored conjugate (mouse anti-AFP monoclonal antibody-colloidal conjugate) which was pre-dried on the test strip. Upon the droping of the serum sample and solution, the mixture will move along the strip through a capillary action. If AFP is present in the sample, a red color band with a
specific antibody-AFP colored immunogold conjugate comples will form on the test band region. On the other hand, a light color band will always appear at the control region. This control band serves as a reference of color intensity of about *5 ng/ml AFP.
