Description

SPECIFICATIONS:

USED RAILS: R **-R *5 in length 1.5M.

ORIGIN : Europe / North America

QUANTITY: Min. *0,**0/MT X *2 Monthly

PRICE/CIF ASWP: USD

PAYMENT: By non-transferable LC at **0% sight payment

INSPECTION: SGS or CCIC or similar AQSIQ Certification for China buyers

PERFORMANCE BOND: Seller will issue 2% P.B. on receipt of Pre-LC advice from buyer

GENERAL PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues LOI/ICPO with BCL or permission for bank soft probe.

2. Seller forwards Draft contract, signed/sealed.

3. Contracts agreed and hard copies exchanged Electronically or by Carrier etc.

4. a) Buyer issues a non-operative L/C to Seller’s Bank

b) Buyer issues [if desired] a SWIFT **9 for POF [Proof of Funds],

5. Seller responds through the same SWIFT with POP [Proof of Product] Bank to Bank.

6. Buyer issues non-operative L/C to Seller’s Bank.

7. Seller activates the non-operative L/C by issuing a 2% Performance Bond and POP.

8. Delivery commences in accordance to the Contract Compliance.
