ANEXO “A “, ESPECIFCACIONES TECNICAS, Carbón Térmico grado B
Procedures:
1. Sellers send acceptable FCO. Buyer returns FCO accepted.
2. Buyer submits ICPO with banking coordinates.
3. Seller sends contract, Buyer revise draft contract for approval from the seller and seller accept it.
4. Buyer Opens a Transferable Letter of Credit. The Seller issues the POP (SGS certificate) and the
Seller's bank issues the POB (Performance Bond 2% of the value of the Letter of Credit in the form of
Corporate Performance Bond to be issued by seller backed by SBLC).
5. Loading commodities (Buyer visit the loading port)
6. Shipment commence
7. (All hard-copy documents (B/L & Commercial Invoice & P/L & all documents requiered.) shall be transferred to Buyer’s
issuing bank via bank-to-bank.
