Description

High sensitive subtractive color PS plate, high sensitivity, high resolution, 
excellent dot reproduction ability, wide developing tolerance, moderate 
grains. Attached vacuum protective layer, pumping more real and more 
faster during exposure.  

Baking condition: ***0W Iodine-Gallium lamp, light distance is 1m, suggested exposure time is ****5 seconds.

Grains forming style: electrolyzed

Print PS plate adopts the manufacturing technics of multi-layer grains and grain restoration which are inthe

leading level of the world. The grains have very good gradation, fine and closely, also well-distributed. The

plate has good feature of anti-pollution, high resolution, good run length, also has short exposure time, 

good tolerance, and quick development. There will be a better effect with correct exposing and developing 

operation.    

Recommended Using Method (only for reference):

1. Exposure:

1.1 The photosensibility of Huarui positive PS plate is **5mj/cm², when in real operation, customers need to 

fix an exposure time reasonably according to the type of light source, power, degree of new or old, light 

distance ,and other detailed conditions. According to our technician's power test to the exposurelampof

Sunshine Color Printing Company, it showed that the lamp equivalent is 2KW, so there is a suggested 

exposure time of ****0 seconds. 

1.2 If using the Thirteen-Levels Continuous Grey Gradient Ruler to fix the best exposure time, color plate 

should expose to 0.6 (level 4), proofing plate should expose to 0.*5 (level 3).  

1.3 After fixing the exposure time initially, operator need to expose and develop the plate normally, in the 

mean time, observe if screen2% and resolution ratio*0μ are perfect, also to amend or confirm the exposure 

time in time.    

1.4 Example: 4KW Iodine-gallium lamp, 1.0m light distance, new lamp, the correct exposure time should be 

*5±5 seconds.

2. Development:

2.1 Dilution ratio of developer:  medical solution: water=1:4 (machine development)

                                                       medical solution: water=1:6 (manual development)

2.2 Development temperature should be controlled at *5°C±2°C. With a too high temperature, the oxide

coating of plate substrate will be destroyed; the plate substrate will become indistinct; the run length of plate will decrease. But with a too low temperature, there will be a short of development, so that have remains on the plate. 

2.3 Development time is *0 seconds, with the increasing of development plates, the developer's potency will

decline, so the operator need to extent the exposure time properly, and pay attention to supplement, also 

change it periodically. The replacement of developer doesn't have a rule of quantity, so customer should

observe the amount of remains on the plate, and change developer according to the actual situations in time.Because the developer is oxidized in air continuously, it will be oxidized even doesn't be used, it is also a 

reason for the decrease of developing ability. So the advice is to observe the condition of plate surface in

every other ****0 pieces.
