The material of the gears are usually case carborizing steel, i.e.
En***3, SAE****0 & *0 MnCr5. The case depth of the gears depend
from gear to gear depending upon the module and the no. of
teeth.Â
Each and every gear manufactured by us carry an unique
identification code no. and passes through a very high quality
control. A inspection report is made for each gear and kept in
record for future. The gears are also made to specific order.
