It controls the motions of the whole capping process automatically through PLC computer programming, and has realized high-speed capping in single track by using automatic can-classifying device, cans’ falling prevention and positioning device, synchronous and uniform-speed automatic capping device as well as automatic cap distribution device, without adding ancillary separate transmission lines. That can save *0 meters or more transmission lines in comparison with the multitrack capping. The whole capping process with automatic can-feeding and can-classifying, automatic sorting, automatic mounting and automatic capping, has take the place of manually capping and traditional semi-automatically multitrack capping device.
