Application: Cover one layer of
crystalline flake graphite evenly on the surface of the melted
copper to isolate from the air and avoid oxidation. The Crystalline
flake graphite will always float on the melt surface, will not
infiltrate or react with the melt or pollute the metal melt. The
proper thickness of the layer is normally ****5mm.
Functions of crystalline flake
graphite: good heat resistance, self-lubrication, good heat
conduction and electric conductivity, thermal shock resistance and
corrosion resistance.
