A) A proposal for Private Placement: A proposal for private placement is requested for any value from $**0 Million to $1 Billion as backed by the listed commodity and verified in value and purity by the referenced inspector/ appraiser. Proposals may also assume availability of company paid insurance binder from AAA rated insurance company on referenced commodity, as well as accompanying Safekeeping Receipt (SKR) from accredited secure storage facility / safehouse. Proposals are requested from verified/ verifiable traders with direct access to reputable and verifiable private placement platforms (“PPP”).

 

B) A proposal for purchase: A proposal for purchase is requested for any amount up to ***0 kilograms, with a minimum offer for **0 kilograms. Price should be with reference to, but not restricted to, market price. Proposals should restrict payment to be due upon delivery to buyers possession and control, although this may be accomplished by transfer of control by issuance of new verified SKR (Buyer’s choice). *Value enhancement*: We can advise and assist buyer with obtaining an insurance binder for this commodity.
