Description
PROCEDURES:
1. Buyer issues LOI or ICPO w/profile. Seller issues
Commercial Invoice (CI) to Buyer. Buyer signs CI and returns
Seller, contracted **0,**0 Metric Tons.
2. Seller immediately issues SGS, TR, and DTA documents.
3. Buyer conducts DTA at Buyer’s expense.
4. Buyer pays via MT**3 for quantity of product delivered at
lift.
5. Upon successful completion of trial lift, Seller issues
SPA to Buyer. Buyer signs SPA and returns to Seller (with
amendments, if any). Buyer and Seller lodge SPA with their
respective banks, within *8 hours.
6. Buyer’s bank issues Non Operatable ,Non
Transferable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC)
or SBLC for the first monthly Contract quantity (**0,**0 MT) within
5 days after the trail shipment payment.
7. Seller will forward FULL POP document via SWIFT or
Secured Fax and issues 2% performance bond of the monthly
amount of **0,**0 MT when in receipt of the LC within 3 days to
activate LC.
9. Shipment commences as scheduled in the contract. Buyer
pays for each consignment as received into their Vessel by the said
LC or MT**3/TT
