4.The Alumina Ceramic Rods and insulators are available in six inch lengths. The ceramic rods are constructed of a pure *9% alumina ceramic that has superior gas and vacuum tightness and excellent insulating properties even at elevated temperatures. They are recommended for use in mass spectrometers and other vacuum systems as feed through lines, thermocouple insulators, and in other applications requiring electrical and thermal insulators. Other types are also available - one hole, two hole, and four hole insulator tubes.

If a special shaped ceramic Rods is required, please advise and we will be happy to quote.  Larger diameters and longer lengths available by quotation.  Please requestquote or contact us.
