1. The
special equipment for manufacturing thermal barrier aluminum
profile. With three groups of carbine hobbing wheel, it is used to
press and fasten the profile with thermal barrier
strips.
2. Adopts
three sets of roller to roll combination of strip and aluminum
profile tightly.
Feature:
1. The
rolling machine (composite machine) uses three sets (six pairs or
*2 pieces) rollers for recombination for profiles with the inserted
thermal barrier strip through rolling and achieve tight combination
for the profile with strip.
2. Use
three sets high precision digital pressure testing, which is
capable for accurately measuring pressure of each set during
rolling, and the overall six rollers can be vertically adjusted
(***0mm) by electric.
3. Stepless
speed regulations through frequency converter with accuracy guide
screw, linear guiding orbit movement.
4. Dynamic
digital display pressure device.
Working
principle:
Adjust the hobbing cutter into the notch of
profiles, draw the profile by rotating the cutter, and press and
fasten two sides of the profile.
