Charcoal FAQ
1. Are you a manufacturer of charcoal, or is it a sourcing
office that you work for?
Yes, we are the manufacturer and end-producer of the
charcoal
2. What is the capacity of your factory’s production?
Our capacity is ******0 MT per month
Finally, will you accept LC at sight? If not we must
insist that you provide bank account references to verify your
company.
We have exported the charcoal to Australia, Taiwan by
ourselves and supply the charcoal to some local traders to export
overseas.
All of our overseas buyers has paid in cash payment
terms and so far there are no problems.
The reasons why we have to "bond" and "sealed" in
contract agreement before the buyers tour to our factory is : we
can know each other that we are both valid and confirmed to
continue in sales-and-purchase responsibility.
Including to feel secure for both side.
4. We wonder your company is agent or manufacturer and CIF,
which port is available?
We are manufacturer of natural hardwood
charcoal.
Any port in the world are available and we can export
to South Korea
5. If you have overseas trade experience, which contries
is?
We have exported our charcoal to Taiwan, Hongkong,
Australia, Middle East
Now we are also dealing with South Korean company, but
has not finished yet
6. Will it be possible to receive the specification?
We can send the sample at your cost.
But our charcoal has specs:
Moisture < 4%
Ash < 3%
7. Monthly amounts of coal production?
Up to **0 MT per month
8. Which export port is available in your company?
Normally we can export from our nearest port at
Trisakti Port, Banjarmasin - Indonesia
9. How far is from the manufactory, to the pier and what
is transfer freight by?
About > **0 KM, and 3 hours transfer freight
by truck.
*0. How take is the delievery term to Korea?
Normally we use 1x*0" HC for export
overseas.
*1. I wonder the price of hardwood charcoal for BBQ and
do you produce other charcoal?
We only produce Hardwood Charcoal for
BBQ
