Description

 mainly consists of driller’s console, sensors, DAQ unit, terminal computer in the tool pusher’s office, cables and hoses, which is used for the measurement and display of various kinds of drilling parameters. The driller’s console is mainly composed of wide-temperature backlit LCD display and hydraulic gauges. All the sensors are connected to the DAQ unit via shielded cables and then relevant drilling parameters will be respectively displayed on the LCD display on the driller’s console and the computer in the tool pusher’s office. With the help of computer in the tool pusher’s office, users can calibrate and set up each parameter as well as real time display in numbers and curves all the parameters and record and print.
The system is characterized by its high accuracy, high reliability, waterproof, vibration-resistance, explosion proof (restriction breathing) and erosion-resistance. It is one of the important equipment in the well site to ensure safe operation, improve drilling efficiency, guarantee drilling quality and reduce drilling cost.
