Procedures:
Buyer submits ICPO with coordinates of his bank. Sellers send
acceptable FCO. Buyer
returns FCO accepted.
Seller sends contract, Buyer revise draft contract for
approval from the seller and seller
accept it.
The buyer opens a ARDLC agreed. The Seller issues the POP (SGS
certificate), and visit
to yard, and the Seller's bank issues the POB (Performance
Bond 2% of the value of
the Letter of Credit in the form of Corporate Performance Bond
to be issued by
seller backed by RDLC).
The commodity charge begins (Buyer visit the loading
port)
Shipments commence.
