Product Introduction：

C*04 is a kind of environmental friendly binder made from acrylic resin by our company. Compared with the similar products on the market, A**1 has the features of soft feel, good film forming characteristics, high transparency, bright color, good weather-resistant characteristics and so on. When the color rate is between **5%, the rubbing fastness can reach the Level 4 and prevention of fading after the machine washing of 4h and above in *0℃

Operation Instruction

When C*04 is used, it shall be mixed with common printing paste. To reach the best effect, it is suggested to select better color that is heat and transference resisted.

Note:

If the colors are different according to the requirements of the customer, the ratio of C*04 shall be adjusted correspondingly. Color fixing agent shall be used for mercerized cotton, polyester fiber and fabrics with high content of silicone oil. PC***0 produced by our company is suggested for mixing with C*04 and the amount shall be about 3%. Mass production and application can only be started after the customer has conducted detailed test according to the actual conditions for specific application.

Post Treatment

After the fabric sample was printed, to ensure the film forming characteristics of C*04, the sample shall be heated after being laid aside for 4 hours. The heating conditions are **0℃*3 minutes.

Reserve 

C*04 shall be reserved in a normal temperature of 5 to *0℃.

Available time： 6 months.
