Product Introduction

CG-**7/**8 is a new high discharge product prepared from acrylic resin and solvent by our company. The product has the features of soft feel (there is no obvious change in softness of the fabrics after being discharged), bright color, rubbing resistance (the dry and wet rubbing fastness can reach Level 3.5 when the color rate is 5%), good washing fastness, easy-to-operate, strong stability, high cost performance and so on.

Operation Instruction

Application of CG-**7/**8 shall be finished within 4 hours after the discharge powder was added. After printed, the fabrics shall be heated or pressed within 5 minutes to 3 hours (the stability of common pulling printing paste will become poor after half an hour). To reach better comprehensive effect, the printed fabrics shall be heated after being laid up for several minutes to provide sufficient time for the paste to permeate into the fabrics.

Note: CG-**7/**8 can be used with other products according to the deepness of the color.

Attentions

1. When CG-**7/**8 is used, active fabrics with cotton, low content of silicone oil and dischargeable degree of above Level 3 shall be selected

2. Heat resisted and acid and alkali resisted color shall be used.

3. The temperature and time shall be well controlled during post-treatment (the suggested conditions are**5℃×4 min)

4. Because the environmental protection index of the discharge powder can not meet the requirements, so when conducting the environmental protection test, the fabrics shall be washed or treated by other methods.

5. When using CG-**7/**8, sample test shall be conducted firstly. Mass production can only be started after the sample was tested to be ok.
