Vibrating Feeder Description

The feeder produced by the company is a linear vibrating feeder. It is equipped with an exciter, with the advantages of smooth vibration, reliable operation, and long service life. It can provide continuous and uniform feeding for crushing machinery, enhance productivity of crushing machinery and continuous working ability, and ensure coarse screening of materials. It is widely used in the crushing and screening equipment in the fields of mineral processing, building materials, water conservancy, chemical industry, etc. For example, it can be used in the feeding and batching of different machinery for crushing, coal preparation, screening, transportation, and packaging etc.

Vibrating Feeder Principle of operation

Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrato is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward. When the materials pass the screen part, smaller parts will fall down; avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
