FILMS FOR INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING: films for industrial packaging are
normally made of LDPE OR MDPE or in coextruded version, which gives
an optimum relation to wuantity of film used per unit and strength
of material. They are very appropriate for machine packaging of
liquid, grained or powder substances: food, pellets, fertilizers,
soil,...and sre thus conformed to the food standards and
legislation.
THERMAL SHRINK FILMS:
PE thermal shrink films are very famous for their use in many
different applications, such as separate and collective packaging
of small units ( tinns or plastic bottles ) or automatic pallet
covering. Shrinkage is therefore defined upon certain request.,
COVER NAD PROTECTION FILMS:
manly used in agruculture and construction, cover nad protection
films represent an excellent solution vhen dust, moisture or rain
protection in needed., EMBOSSED FILMS:
by a special treatment of film, i.e. hot embossing of various
shapes-a particular structure of surface is achieved. Such film is
used mostly in rubber industry and aslo as protection of adhesive
surfaces. Properties of these films enable air draining from the
plastic material application. After the material hardenin the film
can be simply pulled off.
FILMS FOR LAMINATION:
We have recently extended our production programm with laminated
films. The process of lamination means combination of PE, AI, PP,
PA, PET or paper layer which prolongs expiry of certain
products. These films are mostly used in food industry,
pharmacy, chemical industry, sanitary industry.
