dust. This charcoal is produced in Sincelejo, Colombia. We

Ourselves cut down the trees to extract the wood, then we classify
which ones are going to be chosen to keep going with the
transformation process, and the next step is cut the trunks in
smaller pieces, then we put them into a kiln and we cover the
wood pieces with ground.
in this process we develop the following steps:
Heating: from room temperature to **0 ° C.
- Dehydration: between **0 ° C and **0 ° C.
- Exothermic phase starts at **0 ° C, reaching **0 ° to **0 ° C
when finished carbonization.
- Cooling during which dries the fireplace, and the top of
the klin is sealed.
The packaging of the product are polyethylene and polypropylene
Bags, the first ones, have the capacity of 5 pounds 8.***9oz and
the other ones have the capacity of *0 pounds 1.***2oz. We usually
export this product in a *0 feet HC container, in that type of
container we can put 7.**0 x 5 pounds each one or 1.**2 x *0 pounds
each one. If You need it on big bags, we manage too that kind of
packaging which fit between 1.**3 - 2.**4 pounds per bag.
The bags are sealed with sewing machine or heat, so the process is
the following to obtain a high quality distribution:
We take the charcoal and introduce it into a black bag, which is
sealed with a sewing machine, then we put that sealed black bag
inside another bag with handles. This process is for the
polyethylene bags of 5 pounds, and if you want an art on the
outside of the bag, we could do it in 4 colours with the bar codes
that you want. This art take us *0 days to finish it. We do this
process to protect all the cargo from charcoal´s dust.
For the packaging with Polypropylene Bags we sealed them with a
sewing machine.
