DGL***0TLY Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Machine was developed in
order to meet the requirement of asphalt pavement maintenance. It
is mainly used for the re-patching for the pot holes on all kinds
of asphalt pavement. This machine is composed of truck chassis,
power system, hydraulic system, asphalt mixture bin, heating
system, asphalt spraying system, vibratory rolling and control
system, etc. This cold bulk asphalt mixture can be heated up to
******0℃ with heat preservation on the machine. The asphalt
spraying system is equipped with heating device, which enables us
to spray hot asphalt or asphalt emulsion at the bottom of the pot
holes to improve its adhesive strength. The vibratory roller is
used for the compaction of the pavement after patching.
