The **9 full automatic spoon-shaped straw molding machine is used
for processing spoon-shaped straws. The machine realizes fully
automatic operation from input to the output of finished products,
and only straight pipe blanks are required to be manually added.
Polypropylene straight pipes are added from a hopper on the upper
part of the molding machine, and are firmly clamped by two groups
of manipulators and conveyed to a main rotary disk of the
equipment. The rotation of the main rotary disk makes the straws
pass through a punching device and a spoon-scalding device. Then
the straws are conveyed by one manipulator, and finally finished
products are automatically conveyed. The main rotary disk can carry
*2 straws and run continuously; and the product has high-speed
production capacity.
