Operation Guide:
 
Before starting, firstly check the tightness of all the bolts, then raise the handle to make the machine work without load, after making the deposit move, the machine can work normally. The two ends of the bearing should be always maintained with lubricant.

Iron Spiral Classifier classifies the ore materials through the mechanism of different sedimentation speed of solid particle in liquid due to different granularity and specific gravity. The fine ore floating in the water overflows out; and the coarse ore sediments on the tank bottom and then is pushed upwards by the spiral to be feed the grinding machine.
The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The machine's lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically.
