Ball-Lock Ties
Manufactured from type **6L and type **4 stainless steel material,
the ball lock tie unique buckle design is fast becoming the
globally accepted industry standard.
1. Four widths*0.*8 (4.6mm), 0.*1 (7.9mm), 0.*7 (*2mm) and 0.*9
(*5mm) for applications ranging from identification tagging to bund
large cables.
2. Self locking design allows fast installation.
3. Installation by hand or with tools to assure uniform tension and
clean tail cut-off for safe handing-Available in type **4 and type
**6 stainless steel to provide good to excellent corrosion
resistance in wide variety of environments.
4. Coated ball lock ties are fully coated with black epoxy normal.
It also can be done in colorful type.
Application:
Corrosion resistance is ideal for harsh marine environments. It's
used in cable management applications to reduce the risk of cutting
or abrading cable.
As the stainless steel band is inserted into the buckle, the
internal locking ball rolls freely. During tensioning, the band
wedges into the buckle locking ti tightly between the buckle and
the band.
