Instructions:

1.wash & dry you nose.

2.Please one Nasal Strips across the bridge of your nose

3. Apply to skin  smooth sides by pressing down to ensure  good contact

4.remove slowly in the moring(if desired ,the strip can be removed while washing your face)

Size:

Medium: *5mm x *6mm
Large: *6mm x *9mm

SM/MED fits most adult noses.  The majority of adults have small to average size noses. 
LARGE for an adult with a larger nose.
