Description

Typical application:
 Hot punches, die casting dies, forging dies, hot shear blades, hot gripper dies and extrusion tooling.
Heat Treatment:
Forge: at ***0?****5? Cool slowly and anneal then.
Annealing: at **3?***8? Cool slowly in furnace
Stress Relieving: heat slowly to ******6?, and then cool in still air.
Hardening: Preheat to **5 ? and then heat to ***0? and hold for *5 to *0 minutes. Air cool (air quench)
