Introduction
TXM medium speed trapezium mill consists of host machine,fineness analysis machine,air blower,end product whirlwind power collecting machine,bag dust extractions or coupling duct.We can collocate auxiliary devices of crusher,elevator, storage silo,electro-vibrating feeder,electrical control cabinet and the like.In the host machine,grinder roll assembly is hanged on the roller hanger by horizontal bear axis, roller hanger is linked fixedly with principle axis and blade carrier,pressure spring is in the cantilever outside end of grinding roller bearing chamber,takes the horizontal bearing axis as fulcrum and forces grinder roller to press tightly against the round surface of grinder ring,when motor drives the principle axis to rotate by the transmission device,scraper knife equipped on the blade carrier will make synchronous rotation with grinder roller,grinder roller makes round roll in the grinder ring and in the meantime revolves on its axis.Motor drives impeller of analytical machine to rotate,rotating speed of impeller is higher and powder that is sorted out is finer.

Working Principle
After jaw crusher breaks the materials,materials are evenly sent into grinding area through elevator according to the host machine’s working situation by electromagnetic feeding machine and scooped up by scraper knife and sent into grinding area formed by grinder roll and grinder ring.Grinding device is equipped with high pressure spring,enhances grinding pressure between grinder roll and grinder ring by 0.2 times,in the meantime it reduces the oscillating frequency of grinder roll device,increases stability and enhances working efficiency of mill.In the effect of circulation wind,materials grinded to power rise along with airflow, enter into the whirlwind power collecting device and break away,the powder is discharged from discharging opening and the airflow returns to fan.In the grinding process moderate airflow works circularly in the plumbing installation in the machine, among the materials the redundant airflow that water evaporates and forms enters into return vent pipe and is discharged through the purifying of bag dust extractions or impulse precipitator.
