Description
Vitamin CÂ Description:
It is a white or slightly yellow crystal or powder and a little
acid with the m.p. of **0℃~**2℃. It is easily soluble in water,
a little soluble in alcohol and uneasily soluble in ether
chloroform and other organic solvents. In solid state, it is stable
in air. Its water solution is easily mutated when it meets air.
Vitamin C Quality Standard:
Its quality is in accordance with the National Standard of the
People's Republic of China (GB*******3).
Vitamin C Packing:
Inside packing - edible polyethylene plastic film. Outside packing
- carton (*0**0**0 cm); N.W.: *5kg, G.W.: *6.5kg. Or according to
the customer’s requirement.
Vitamin C Usage:
In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used to treat scurvy and
various acute and chronic infectious diseases that are due to a
lack of VC. In the food industry, it can be used as a nutritional
supplement to supplement VC in food processing. It is also a good
antioxidant in food preservation, and can be widely used in meat
products, fermented flour products, beer, tea drinks, fruit juices,
canned fruit, canned meat and so on; it is also commonly used in
cosmetics, feed additives and other industrial areas.
Vitamin C Storage and Transportation:
It must be stored in a warehouse with ventilation that is dry,
shady and cool. It should not be stored near poisons. The
temperature must not exceed *0℃. Transportation is the same as
storage.
