Features:

Mining Flame-proof Movable Transformer is one kind of the special transformers. Special transformers also includes Polysilicon Reducing Furnace Transformer , High Frequency Ozone Transformer and Scott Transformer .

 The box of KBSGZY is made of a kind of steel plate whose thickness is over 4mm. It has good explosion isolation performance. The coil of transformer is made of electrical insulating material which is dipping painted via VPI VACP. This method enhances the moisture resistance and makes it have small discharge capacity. The iron core is made of high-quality & high-permeability cold rolling silicon steel sheet. It is made with multilevel stepping type of whole miter and the top & the bottom of the iron yoke are reinforced via the drawstring. This structure is advanced, compact and reliable.

The product has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, high short-circuit resistance ability, high ability of bearing the heat impact, difficult to burn, high fire prevention performance, no production of harmful gas, low noise, good insulating property, energy-saving, high overload capacity, easy to maintain. So it is suitable for using in underground coal mine.

The products are all in accordance with the national standard of GB********5 KBSJZY. The no-load loss of 6KV series transformer drops *6% and load losses about *0% averagely; the no-load loss of *0KV drops about *5% and load losses about *2% averagely. The no-load current and short-circuit impedance have obviously dropped, and the effect of energy conservation and the enhancement of the quality of power supply are notable.
