After some years' exploration in mining industry,the technology of magnetic separator has been more and more professional.With the changing of market conditions,in order to meet the modern requirement,Longzhen has designed a new type separator machine.Permanent magnetic separator is mainly used for mineral separation like copper ore,zinc ore,lead ore,nickel ore,gold ore, etc.It can be also used for the rough concentration and selected concentration of ferrous metal ore and nonmetallic ore.

Working Principle
When the material flows through the separator,the ferromagnetic substances are adsorbed in the wall of separator.With permanent magnets moving gradually to the direction of iron discharging opening,then the material and the irons a-re separated. Besides,the iron discharge opening,due to circular motion along the direction of permanent magnet,ferromagnetic materials lo-se their magnetic attraction,under the action of gravity,the ferromagnetic material will be discharged from the iron discharge opening,then the irons will be automatically separated.
