Introduction 
Sand production line includes jaw crusher,VSI sand making machine,vibration screen, sand washing machine,belt conveyor and other equipments.All the machines are produced by Longzhen by adopting the technical advantages of the like products with stone at stone and stone at iron principle,and they are excellent.

Working Principle
First,the stone is crushed by coarse crusher (jaw crusher),then the coarse stone is transported to the secondary crusher by belt conveyor to be deeply crushed,the end products from the secondary crusher is transported to vibration screen, 

Then,it will be sorted by two parts, one parts that the size is suitable to be fed to the sand making machine will be processed by sand making machine into sand,and the other parts that the size is bigger will be processed by crusher again till the size is suitable for the feeding size.

At last,the original sand from the sand making machine also will be sorted by two parts,one parts that the size meets the requirements will be transported to sand washing machine and be processed to end sand after being cleaned,the other parts that the size does not meet the requirements will be processed again by sand making machine till the size meets the requirements.
