Series Applicable to the many diverse needs of chemical feeding
Easy to use, multi-purpose design This series includes the most
economical and general-purpose pumps in our metering pump series.
In fact, the first metering pump in Japan to use a PVC-molded pump
head belonged to this series. Three types of standardized
connections "flanges, hoses, and unions (0.2 kW type only)" as well
as a full line of accessories are available. What's more, parts are
manufactured at low cost and designed to be easy to use. Highly
durable pump drive unit The pumps in this series use a
worm-gear-type speed reducer which, though compact, is highly
rugged and reliable. Since this unit is fully closed, oil-bath
lubricating type, it can be installed outdoors. At the same time,
it exhibits superior durability over long-term continuous

Highly reliable, compact magnetic drive pumps. Field-proven
reliability A large number of pumps in this series have been
delivered to customers at home and abroad, earning high acclaim for
their superior reliability. This is the best-selling series in the
world. An incomparable range of models available The MD series
comes in a total of *8 models. A wide range of flow rates, hose
connections, and threaded connections (M type) are available as
standardized models. In addition, dedicated high-head,
large-flow-rate models are available. The most economical and
suitable pump can be selected from this wide variety of models.
Leakage-free, sealless structure As is common with
corrosion-resistant pumps, this series uses the magnetic drive
method, eliminating problems caused by liquid leakage. Superior
corrosion resistance The pumps in this series are constructed
mainly with polypropylene while at the same time using superior
corrosion-resistant parts manufactured from ceramics, PTFE, and
FKM. Therefore, they can be used to transfer strong acids and
various other chemicals. Simple and compact The pump structure is
extremely simple. Consisting of several unitized parts, the pump is

& energy efficient magnetic drive pumps Self-radiating
structure (PAT.) Through heat-dispersion holes provided in the
fixed portions of the impeller and the magnet capsule, the liquid
around the spindle and the bearing is forced to circulate so that
heat generated by sliding can be reduced effectively. Thus, thermal
deformation and melt are prevented. Non-contact structure By
installing the driving magnet and the driven magnet in an inventive
way, the movement of the magnet capsule is controlled by magnetic
force to prevent the rear thrust and the rear portion of the
bearing coming into contact with each other continuously even
during dry running. This structure reduces heat generation and
secures lubricant routes. (Except MX**0, **0) Volute casing divided
into two sections (PAT.) The MX series is the first resin magnet
pump which uses the pump casing divided into the front casing and
the rear casing to form a vortex chamber as an ideal form.
Therefore, the internal leak phenomenon, which means that the
liquid getting out of the impeller returns to the pump casing and
is suppressed to a minimum and the liquid is efficiently guided to
the discharge port to enhance overall efficiency. Robust structure
All stress bearing portions, such as the front and rear casings,
are reinforced by means of ribs to improve the pressure resistance
and the mechanical strength of the pump. The bearing is not only
fixed by conventional press fit but is also sandwiched between the
abutting portion in the depth of the magnet capsule and the rear
end of the impeller to improve its reliability under high
