Sales LOI of Copper Ore
Herewith we are willing and able to supply Cu-ore based on the following conditions:
Commodity : Copper ore mainly Chalcopyrite CuFeS2
Grade : *4% - *7% Cu Content
As , Pb, F , Cd , Hg are typical impurities of copper ore and can vary in ppm
Radioactive Elements: Nil
Moisture: Max 5%
Particle Size: *****0mm
Origin: Tanzania
Packing: *0kg woven bags
Quantity: on buyers request minimum order however is *0 Mt (1 *0ft Contr.)
Price: FOB Dar Es Salaam LME x CU% x *5%
Payment terms: **0% L/C at sight, buyer has to provide the name of the shipping company or the forwarding agency.
Delivery: loading and transport to the Port of Dar es Salaam within **4 working days after opening of L/C and contacting buyers forwarding agency
Inspection of goods: buyer has to entrust a well-known inspection company (sgs etc.) on his behalf with the PSI (pre shipment inspection incl. lab test of copper content.
Supplementary provisions: following documents will be provided by the seller:
Weight slip, loading pictures
Buyer has to provide inspection report which mandatory for L/C payment terms, contact details of forwarding agency Buyer can but doesn’t must mention the shipping agency in the L/C
Before opening L/C buyer has to submit a draft of the L/C
