Taking
advantages of various domestic and foreign grain machineries,
KDCM*5 gravity sieving and hulling rice milling machine was
manufactured by us to meet peasant households’ demands on rice
processing through great quantities of practices.
It is
equipped with various arrayed structures including automatic
feeding, impurity cleaning, stone removal, rice hulling and crude
bran separation and smashing, gravity rice sieving and separation,
rice milling and polishing, polished rice screening and separation
etc. It adopts new gravity screen deck so as to leave no residues.
It can be used for small-scale processing and bulking processing of
marketable grains.

l Quick
startup and closing:
Equipped with the structure design of new screen box, the gravity
paddy separator could finish startup and closing within no more
than 2 seconds, solve the problem of overlong startup and closing
of previous gravity paddy separators completely.
l No
residues:
Equipped with new design of feed splitting, gravity paddy separator
never leaves any residue on the gravity screen deck after
processing. Even if one or two bags of rice need to be processed,
it could achieve every customer’s demand. No need to clean after
operation.
l Dust-free: Using
the advanced environmental-friendly design, the whole machine is
installed with suction inlets in all dust raising areas to collect
all raise dust and then discharge together with chaffs so as to
achieve ideal effects of cleaning and environmental protection; in
this way, no need to wear any respirator in processing and will get
away from raise dust.
l Low
rotate speed and high frequency: Adopts
large core shifts and large flywheels to increases the vibration
frequency of gravity paddy separator, decreases its rotate speed
and accelerates separation of husked rice and unhulled rice, which
completely overturns the previous design for which the separation
of husked rice and unhulled rice is achieved through increase of
rotate speed so as to increase the service life of gravity paddy
separator and accelerate processing of the whole
machine.
l Firm
design and good quality:Using
the “all-in one” design, the gravity paddy separator integrates the
big frame of rice milling and gravity paddy separator with big
U-steel and big angle iron; reinforced weld is made to both sides
of big frame of whole machine to ensure the body to be firmer and
more stable. In this way, it will mill rice with ease and earn
money without anxiety.
The
gravity paddy separator adopts high-quality self-aligning bearings
in all operational parts to enhance concentricity of each
transmission part and ensure its longer operation to achieve ideal
separation of husked rice and unhelled rice.
l Easy
operation and convenient maintenance: Using
“humanistic” design, reduce height of gravity paddy separator and
rice huller to ensure visible processing; during processing, no
LEAP operation is required and screening deck of gravity paddy
separator dispenses with cleaning. Dry and wet rice (humidity of no
more than *8%) can be processed normally. In normal processing,
operation is easy without adjustment of many switches. Husked rice
and unhulled rice separates automatically and clearly. All people
regardless of ages can operate this machine easily.
The
front and rear support arms of gravity paddy separator are welded
with axle steel to combine them in one. Adopt high-quality
self-aligning bearings to change previous design for which the
connecting support arms of gravity paddy separator consist of cast
iron and ball bearings, which completely solves problem of
difficult disassembly and complex replacement of bearings. In this
way, users will operate without any worries and maintain with no
troubles.
l Strong
cooling and high precision: This
machine adopts new polishing head to bring more complete rice
grains and higher glossiness. It also adopts heavy-caliber hollow
principal axis design and strong cooling technology to reduce the
bran content in rice grains, lower rice temperature and improve
glossiness and hardness of rice.
l Low
vibration and ideal effect: This
machine adopts unique selective structure provided with two
procedures for dust removal to avoid raise dust and achieve the
ideal effect of environmental protection. The joints use rubber
bearings to ensure low vibration, low noises, easy installation,
perfect impurity cleaning and stone removal, simple operation. It
is preferred supporting product for a small rice processing
factory.
