PU customized cold room panel is using colour coating steel sheet as finishing surface and polyurethane (PU) as core material. 
1. Walk-in freezer & cooler Modular polyurethane panel construction 
Panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints. 
* High density thermo insulated panel up to *0kg/m3 or above for perfect cold-room heat insulation efficiency 
* Low flammable PU foaming material is used in the coldroom panel 
* Camlock design fastener to install cold room tightly and strongly for most convenient cold room installation
* Silica gel are used on the panel edge of the joint parts of each sandwich panel to ensure perfect sealing to avoid the cooling air leakage from the cool room or moisture inside the PU insulated panel for the best refrigeration and frozen storage result
* Multiple types of optional thermo insulated panel cold room doors (Convex hinged door/Hinged door/Sliding door) with customized door size
2. Cold-room Panel dimension
Polyurethane sandwiched panels with **0% polyurethane insulation foamed by high pressure . Standard width of the sandwich panels is **0mm or ***0mm. The maximum length of the cold room panel is *2 meters. Non-standard size PU insulation panels are also available upon request.
3. Various Panel thickness 
Thickness from *0mm to **0mm of walk-in freezer & cooler panels is available. You shall choose the appropriate cold room panel thickness based on the room temperature to be maintained and outside design condition of ambient temperature.
