3. Automatic height adjustment system for cutting torch

Arc voltage auto height-adjustment system: The cutting torch height can be automatically adjusted as per output voltage of plasma, therefore, it is only suitable for plasma cutting. Its working principle is that there is certain voltage between steel plate and electrode which is supplied to arc voltage auto height-adjustment system after collecting the voltage signal and being processed by voltage-division module. The system can send a rising or lowering signal to the motor after comparison with the set voltage to keep the set voltage is equal to the collected one, then the motor will stop running. Thus the auto height adjustment function for plasma cutting torch is realized.
