I. Introduction.
 
Energy flame Company is one of the subsidiaries of CKT Vietnam Group.
EFC was established at the end of ***9 by leaders of CKT Vietnam group for enlarging their business; EFC takes responsibility for producing and exporting Charcoal to the oversea with main products was made from hardwood of Longan/Lytchee, Chesnut, Bamboo and Encalyptus tree.
The main goal is become one of the biggest Charcoal export Co. in the Northern Vietnam, EFC set up two factories, one located in Bac Giang province and other in Hai Duong province with the capacity up to ******0 tons per month and EFC’s main export market are Japan, China and Korea, till now.
With the goal is become one of the biggest Charcoal export Co. in the Northern Vietnam, EFC engage not only to give buyer a best quality of product but also a best service with the strong position is a subsidiary of logistic company.

3. Iron/White Charcol with specification:
•           Shape: Rod, stick
•           Size: Diameter around 3 - *2cm, length ***0 cm

III. Process.
 
1. Raw materials are available in factory.
2. Saw and cut hardwood with fixed size before arranging it into tanks for burning in kilns.
3. Tanks will be burned by kilns
4. Workers will get products out of tanks.
5. Checking and then packing into carton box or bag.
6. QC re-checked packing process and only accept cartons/bags matching with QC's requirement.
7. Loading and stuffing the finished products on container.
