Description
The biomass gasifier power plant is devided into five parts:
    the biomass gasification
system:biomass feedstocks are fed into the gasifier through feeding
machine,and converted into syngas in the gasification system.raw
material:organic materials(rice husk ,straw,wood chip,coconut
shell,palm shell, bagasse etc.
     Hot syngas conditioning and
cleaning system.there are 2 typical conditioning system for
customers:water purification system and dry purification system.The
purification systems will remove tar, dust,ash and steam. After gas
is cooled down below *0,and dehydrated, it is sent to the
 power generation.
   Ash collection system:after fluid bed
gasification,the ash will be remained in the gasifier and the
automatic ash discharge system will remove ash.
    Control system:consist of alarm
device,explosion-proof device,controlling cabinet,monitoring
device,rapid cut-off valve,to make sure operating easily and
safety.
    The power generation consists of
several internal combustion gen-sets,and the electricity can be
connected to state grid or used by factories. The available
capacity of power plant: **0KW to *0MW.
