Black charcoal
There are a lot of hardwoods can produce black charcoal but it’s usually made from wood of eucalyptus, litchi and chestnut trees.
The process of producing/manufacturing black charcoal is similar to the white charcoal. It means the hardwood will be put into the kiln after sawed and cut with the correct size. However, the way of heating the kilns for black charcoal is completely different form with white charcoal.
The hardwood will be set on fire by steaming method to protect hardwood against flame. Between the hardwood and flame will be separated by a insulating piece, the flame will be fired outside and hardwood will be came charcoal slowly within *0 days by the gas of flames.
Charcoal will be get cool within from 7 to *0 days and then it will be get out of kiln by workers directly.
Workers will cut charcoal out as the buyer’s requirement and the black charcoal usually to be put into PP bags or carton boxes immediately.
Finally, the charcoal carton boxes will be kept in a store and be ready for loading in a container.
