The production of Nylon cable ties requires shorter molding cycle,small template deformed and the large production load requires high fatigue strength,the shorter molding cycle requires better plasticizing effect, fast discharge, and the temperature should be stable. Remark:This system can meet the demand of shorter opening stroke, one mold with large quantity, shorter molding cycle, such as disposable spoon, knife and fork, molding cycle can be controlled in 7 s.
