the material with high-demanding fineness. Generally, the thickness
of the screen is less than the size of sieve pore, so the screen is
easily damaged. Even if the degree of fineness is *4 meshes, the
thickness of screen is only 0.3mm.
2. It is difficult for hammer mill with hammer pieces to pulverize
the material with high-demanding fineness and viscosity. The sieve
pore is small so that the screen is easily block and cannot
discharge.
* According to different materials, collocated with powder
concentrator by airflow or vibrating screen to classify powder, all
together with screen-less hammer mill to form twice-pulverizing
system. The power of collocated equipment is small, while the whole
system is of high efficiency and low consumption. It is greatly
reduced the production cost.
* Checked by the dynamic balance of rotor, small vibration and low
noise.
* With wearable alloy scaleboard, durable and replaceable.
* Widely applicable (changeable angle of inlet). It can pulverize
corn, wheat, cotton seed waste, rice hull, wood chips, straw,
