HMR series of permanent electro magnetic lifters combine the advantages of conventional electromagnetic lifters and permanent magnetic lifters. They produce high magnetic force as electromagnetic lifters do and offer the same level of safety as permanent magnetic lifters do.
 
Features:
 
•Powerful- The lifter has high surface magnetic field intensity and depth because it uses high-coercive rare earth NdFeB and double (multi) axis, double (multi) gap magnetic circuit design.
 
Maximum pull-off force is up to *8 ~ *5kgf/cm², and the rated lifting force is up to 4.5 ~ 6.0kgf/ cm². One single unit can provide lifting force up to **0 tons.
 
It is suitable for a wide range of magnetic permeable materials such as plates, billets, coils, scrap steel and large-size iron and steel parts.
 
•Safe and Reliable- It is as safe as the permanent magnetic lifter! Because it does not need electricity to maintain attraction, you do not need to worry about power failure and temperature rise.
 
Simple mechanical structure and high quality NdFeB permanent magnet used mean the lifter is very reliable and hardly needs any maintenance. You can expect a long service life (the decay of magnetic field of permanent magnet is less than **8 % in *0 years) and minimum operation expenses.
 
•Energy Efficient- The lifter only uses electric power for a few seconds when it is switched on (to attract workpiece) and switched off (to release workpiece). Once switched on the lifter does not consume electricity any more and works like a permanent magnetic lifter. It saves more than *5% of electricity as compared to the electromagnetic lifter.

•Convenient and Smart- Innovative adjustable magnetic field intensity design allows a unique function: a pile of steel plates can be lifted together and released one by one with precise control of magnetic force. To the best of our knowledge, this is the only lifter with such capability on the market!
 
Remote hydraulic PLC control is used to achieve convenient and automatic operation.
 
There is no hysteresis.Magnetic circuit switch can charge and discharge the electromagnet in just a few seconds.

1. Operating temperature should not exceed *0ËšC. Higher operating temperature can be catered with high-temperature magnetic material and thermal insulation technology. Please let us know your requirements.
